Mongodb Specialist - Ruby on Rails/python

Job Description

• RESPONSIBILITIES :, , - 2+ years hands-on experience with Linux and MongoDB administration (Most important), , - Deep understanding of advanced MongoDB concepts, including replication, sharding, backups, disaster recovery and performance tuning, , - Experience with configuring MongoDB Cloud Manager/Ops Manager a plus, , - Ensure site uptime and performance SLAs are met, , - Collaborate with a broader engineering team on new feature rollouts, , - Be on periodic on-call duty to manage the security and availability of Blend corporate resources. , REQUIREMENTS :,- 2+ years hands-on experience operating enterprise class infrastructure,- Strong knowledge of SaaS application and information security best practices,- 2+ years scripting experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, etc
• - Strong track record of coordinating and leading cross-team projects,- System-level thinking and ability to move up and down the stack,- Familiarity with managing distributed systems,- Familiarity with MEAN and LAMP stack a plus: AWS, Docker, Jenkins, MongoDB and Node.js,- Prior work with continuous integration platforms (ie Jenkins) a plus.
