• Technical Lead - Python/ Android/ Golang (4-10 yrs) , , Python experience in Mandatory, , Candidates from Bangalore Only, , Exp: 4 - 10 years , , Responsibilities -, , - Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• , - Own the development lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project/s
• , - Manage the pace of sprints according to the pace of business, , - Carry out code reviews and suggest better solutions for a scalable architecture, , - Mentor team members and carrying out performance reviews, , - Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and Industry standards
