• Job Description,Job Description:,Will be involved in building a retail banking application for a Fortune 100 organization,1. 5 to 8 years of application development experience in Core Java Programming
• 2. Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms, Collections, Design Patterns, Multi-Threading, Concurrency and System Design is desirable
• 3. Very strong programming skills Should be able to write optimized, modular code
• 4. Solid Agile Programming methodologies and general software development best practices
• 5. Experience in developing unit tests and expanding unit test coverage (TDD)
• 6. Should have experience in handling a team of 3-5 engineers
• 7. Ability to work independently and proactive
• 8. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with departmental clients and work effectively with all levels of management
• Special Instructions:,Candidates will go through an intensive interview process and should budget around 3 hours of their time. They will also be required to write a specific program on the system and submit for evaluation
