• Hi, , Greetings from Orcapod Services, Job profile : Full stack Java/SQL Developer, Job Location Bangalore, Mode of Employment: Permanent, , We are seeking a dynamic full stack Java web developer with a solid grasp of capital markets data. Experience with ETL tools preferable, , Responsibilities, Design, Develop high performing/available Web applications using J2EE technologies, Understand ETL Specification documents for mapping requirements and develop ETL packages using ETL tools like Informatica or SSIS, Determine optimal approach for obtaining data from diverse source systems, Design, Develop Database Server database objects like tables, views, stored procedures etc
• Code, test, debug, implement, and support complex financial applications using Java programming, Build technical design documents, Rapidly address issues and fix defects, Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions, Work with QA to build test cases and explain impacted test areas, Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application, Required Skills and Experience, 5+ years of hands-on full stack web developer using Java/J2EE technologies, 5+ years of hands-on database development (SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase), Expertise ETL development using Informatica or SQL Server SSIS, Expertise on various data exchange standards and formats like txt, csv, xml, xls, binary etc
• Expertise on common software design patterns, development practices, Agile development and Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to interpret business requirements and interact with project stakeholders, Ability to work fast paced environment, under minimal supervision providing technical guidance to the team members, Knowledge of Financial industry, Capital Markets data, Qualifications:, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
