Support existing software application to cover incident management request management problem management and release management. Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period. Most problems they handle require standard solutions. Works on multiple applications. Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues. Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the clients IT organization. Advises on issues of systems integration compatibility scalability and multiple platforms Strong understanding of at least one programming language. Strong knowledge of coding testing and debugging applications. Strong knowledge of application configuration maintenance and support. Applies a broad knowledge of application programming and design to analyze and isolate issues. Exceptional ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors. General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs. Willingness to work shift including US day shift. Typically requires 3-6 years relevant experience.The skills required for the jobsMust Have Skills- Experience on web application development or support using Microsoft technology stacks Asp.Net C# MVC and T-SQL Experience in developing application solution with Share point 2013 Knowledge of web scripting languages like HTL jQuery JavaScript and XML Good understanding of IIS webserver configuration and web site set up Experience in web technologies like HTLM5 & CSS3 jQuery/JavaScript & AJAX Extensive experience in IDEs like SharePoint Designer Visual Studio 2003-2013 Knowledge of Web servicesNice to Have Skills- Good to have SharePoint experience. Understanding on PowerShell scripts and basic Share points admin experience. Basic understanding of HealthCare business.
