• Software EngrLocation: Bangalore KA INCompany: Cypress Semiconductor CorporationJob IDRequisition Id:- 16043Job DescriptionResponsible for supporting production-critical design automation software. Decas software engineers work with next-generation EDA software that enables Decas unique Adaptive Patterning technology.Major Duties: Learn Decas Adaptive Patterning technology software architecture design methodologies and manufacturing process flows Support design engineers manufacturing process engineers and IT personnel working with custom software systems Develop and perform testing plans to ensure reliability in software systems that are part of a manufacturing process Train and support designers on newly developed software tools Develop creative solutions to challenges on process time capability or other special requests from design engineers and customers Work cooperatively with all personnel and functions at Deca Technologies Generate documentation to ensure the delivery of a quality productSkills Demonstrated experience with software debugging documentation and testing Demonstrated skills in the following technologieso Distributed systems Work distribution such as Hadoop Spark Celery or Akka Redundancy and fail-over Automated deployment using Ansible Chef or Puppeto Proficient with the Python programming language Database ORM SQLAlchemy message queues such as RabbitMQo Relational database skills using MySQL or other SQL variantso Unix and Linux knowledge Command line navigation and administration Network configuration process supervision troubleshootingo Knowledge of networking topologies and configurations including: redundant links network failover schemes switch configuration and virtualized networkingo Experience with virtual machine management such as VMWare ESXi or OpenStack Familiarity with electronic package designo GDSII Oasis Gerber DXF CAD (Computer Automated Design) formats Bachelors degree in electrical engineering computer science or related technical field Awareness of integrated circuit package fabrication Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task prioritize and track project activitiesNoteCypress is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity genetic information national origin physical or mental disability or status as a Protected Veteran.TO ALL RECRUITMENT AGENCIES:Cypress Semiconductor does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
