Job Description

• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.Ability to create scripts in Python Perl or other language.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.Resourcefulness and problem-solving.L1 System administrator supporting windows desktops/printers/network switches/OS and applications such as MS Office email Antivirus end-user backup software. Basic Server/Storage/Backup software support. Interacting and managing end users.PC deployment desktop setup and break fix issuesUser account administration (various productivity and collaboration systems)Mobile device support (Smart phones and Tablets iOS and Android)Network printer and scanner setupBasic A/V support for conference rooms/meeting setupsNew user setup and walk throughEscalation of IT issues in accordance with published policyVendor coordination for repair and other problem resolutionDevelop/enhance user guides and operational documentationAfter hours support as neededSupport of offsite company events (local and national locations)Network printer/MFD setup and operational troubleshooting.
