• , - To be able to perform detailed analysis of business problems provide Technical design document and propose solution, , - Provide technical environments based on business problem and use this in designing the solution;, , - To be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;, , - Should be able to work independently and guide other team members, , - Should have experience in managing 7-10 members of team as Technical Manager, , - Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) would be an advantage, , - Experience in CI/CD implementation and working knowledge would be an advantage ,
