• We have an opening for profile Details are bellow...Bangalore (Narasapura)Minimum 2 years- Configuring AD DHCP and DNS servers to training environment.- Troubleshooting servers problems like authentication Permission and group policies- Configuring WDS and MDT servers to training environment.- Modification of image using imagex tool.- checking unauthorized Administrator access - Taking Backup of EPO Database. - Maintaining Software Licensing. - Resolution of call within SLA. - Supporting to FLS (First Line Support). - Administration Disk space management for all Servers. - Monitoring of Servers. - Configure and manage backups - Creation of users in Active Directory. - Password reset and password unlock of users. - Giving internet common Drive folder Access to users. - Installation of Local network printer & print server. - Looking after the customer escalation and reaching up to the customer satisfaction. - Configuring AVAYA phones.- Setting up E- mail Accounts & Configuring Microsoft Outlook. - Commissioning & installation of new systems with server OS. With regardsDeepak BaranwalContact no-8742995685 011-49078440Email id- deepak@hrpn.co.in deepak.hrpn@gmail.com
