Strong problem solving capability.Prepares and develops reports tunes AS400 applications assists with the rebuild of files as needed.Effectively communicate status metrics and issues on a regular basis.Discovers programming logic flaws and prepares fixes to same.Mentoring of Junior Team membersNeed to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills required.Highly motivated a Go-Getter who needs very little or no supervision.Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements deadlines pressures etc.WHAT ABOUT YOU?
