• Dear SAP CandidatesWe are looking for an experienced Global Scala SCM O2C + P2P for one of our Pharma clients in Bangalore. Notice Period - 15 Days (Mandatory) /ImmediateLocation: BangalorePls find below job description:The Application Consultant for the global scale supply chain/Logistics procurement acts E2E responsible for the order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay stream of the iScala v3.0 environment to provide state of the art solutions and services. This include the implementation of appropriate systems enhancements following established processes to meet customer/requirements.In this role we require an excellent knowledge of O2C+P2P business processes integrated with ERP Systems Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design deliveryapplications life cycle management and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (processsecurity) and external (GxPGDPRlicence) compliance. Daily Duties include:- Operational Execution of Work with internal as well as External experts- Incident Management - Problem Management - Change and Release Management - Project Delivery-Design Development Cutover and Sustain)Skill&Competencies - Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- English Mandatory (written and spoken). An additional language is an asset.- Willingness to travel - Ability to make difficult decisions and act autonomously- Strong process flow knowledge of supply chain/logistics and Procurement - Perform designcodingunit testing and documentation for any changes to the platform - Provide updated technical documentation to the latest enhancement or release.- Support third party logistic process (3PL)- Familiar with SQL and Visual Basic for Application (VBA)- Process flow knowledge on Finance (GLAPAR) will be a big advantage - Deep knowledge of iScala O2C+P2P in a Multinational environment preferredincl.;- Sales order managementshipping        executioninventoryinvoicing processingEDI integration to 3PLE-Commerce integration (regional)- Scala Service Connect workflow skill preferred but not necessary - Basic knowledge with Epicor BI tool is added advantage.Education / Professional Experience- Bachelor/Master degree or Equivalent in computer science and/or Business Administration.- 10 year experience in software or application services- Experience in iScala Supply Chain Management Consulting Preferred - 5 Year experience within an international environment.RegardsMohamed Shafeek.HHR Executive.
