Job Description

• Review requirements and technical design documentsCreate detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesEstimate prioritize plan and coordinate testing activitiesDesign and develop functional and regression test scriptsIdentify document thoroughly and track defectsPerform thorough regression testing when defects are resolvedPerform testing of reports dashboards and technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirementsDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing reports and dashboards to ensure they meet client needsLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsTrack quality assurance metrics including resolved and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesEffectively communicate testing findings and results to team members and non-technical partners through a variety of mediums
