Job Description

• 3+ years experience in Salesforce.com Architecture and Development (focused on force.com app development)Platform developer - 1 Certification Hands-on experience in:Developing force.com based applications Developing and supporting AppExchange products and life cycle management of AppExchange applications. (Having prior experience working with Salesforce.com ISV is preferred)Previous experience with managed package implementations with customizations.Experience with: Salesforce.com development tools and techniques (e.g. APEX triggers process builder SOAP and REST APIs JSON SOQL SOSL APIs outbound messaging ANT Eclipse Mavensmate GitHub)Debugging issues with managed packagesVersion Control process implementation and repository managementSalesforce (code/config) deployment and migration processesLightning developmentAgile Development MethodologyIntegrating Salesforce with external systemsAdministration and understanding of native Salesforce features : customizing and implementing profiles roles security settings sharing rules custom applications custom objects custom fields page layouts workflow validation rules dashboards reports etc..Ability to architect a complex solution within Salesforce framework.Ability to guide lead and support junior Salesforce teams and experienced APEX/VF developersDemonstrate ability to continuously learn / experiment/ share new Salesforce features and functionsExpert level knowledge and experience in Salesforce security concepts & Settings (Profile Permission sets FLS SSO Sharing rules Encryption etc) Good understanding of various licenses in Salesforce and its usage features functions and limitationsKnowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Sites and AppExchange/App cloud application integration using Visualforce Apex Java JavaScript and other technologies to build customized solutions that support critical business functions
