• Dear SAP Candidates We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst SAP PP/QM for one of our MNC clients in Bangalore.  Notice Period - 15 Days (Mandatory) /ImmediateLocation: Bangalore Job Description Job Responsibilities- Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP SD and WM/MM.- Worked as SME for in SAP SD and WM/MM.- Broad expertise of functional domain relevant business processes and technology.- Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design.- Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability availability manageability performance and security and compliance. - Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management. - Supports Business Analyst Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing tracking and forecasting of solution development. - Coaches technical leads and developers.  Technical Knowledge and  Skills required -  SAP SD and WM/MM (Certification is preferred)-  Good understanding of integration with other modulesSoft Skills Required §  Good  communication and presentation skills-  Worked in business/client facing role-  Highly driven energetic flexible resourceful & ability to multitask-  Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table-  Adherence to timelines without sacrificing quality of output-  Hands on and detail oriented with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders -  Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time-  Cross domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains - Innovation: is a creative thinker develops new concepts and solutions across domains.- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.Work Experience §  10+ years-  SAP SD and WM/MM experience of at-least 8+ years- Exposure to all domains in SAP SD /LE - Order management Pricing Availability Cross selling WM 3PL Shipping transportation Handling unit management Batch management Standard procurement Export and Import Inter and Intra Company transfers Entrepreneur Process Stock/Inventory Management Batch Management Handling unit Management Serial number management Output Management Warehouse Management Decentralize warehouse management integration with Order Management/Finance/QM and PP EDI and IDOC.- Integration knowledge of SAP FI SAP MM and SAP PP APO. - Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design.- Minimum of 8 years hands on experience in SAP QM including Integration with other modules.- Min of 1-2 implementation projects experience required to understand the business clearly.- Good communication skills are required to have discussion with client to understand the requirements.- Good to have profiles who were working in Philips account already(if we found)to have a clear picture on Philips business processes.- Good team management skills and quick learner.- Minimum of 8 years hands on experience in SAP QM including Integration with other modules.- Min of 1-2 implementation projects experience required to understand the business clearly.- Good communication skills are required to have discussion with client to understand the requirements.- Good to have profiles who were working in Philips account already(if we found)to have a clear picture on Philips business processes.- Good team management skills and quick learner. Academics   - Bachelors degree or Masters degree RegardsMohamed ShafeekHR Executive.
