• Dear CandidatesWe are looking for an experienced SAP Security and GRC Consultant for one of our Pharma clients in Bangalore. Notice Period - 15 Days (Mandatory) /ImmediateLocation: BangaloreJob DescriptionsThe Application Consultant SAP Security and Governance Risk and Compliance acts as E2E responsible for SAP Securityand GRC to provide state of the art solutions and services. He/she is responsible for steering overseeing and deliveringthe design and development of industrialization solutions into the production support teams for operations andmonitoring of Mercks GRC OperationAs part of the Global SAP Authorization Team she/he acts as a linking pin between Process Team and IT Support tomanage ongoing enhancement and maintenance of GRC application including management of scopes andresponsibilities and as well to manage and support SAP Role and User Management.ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery applications life cycle management and serviceperformance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process security) and external (GxP GDPR license)compliance.* Operational Execution of Work with internal as well as External Experts* Responsible for overseeing Technical Design Development Testing Implementation and Support of SAP GRC.* Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures role mapping unauthorized systemactivity and report findings within GRC system* Advises on technology changes and enhancements - bringing to the attention of the Process Owners* Defines and conducts quality checks.Skill & Competencies* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills* Strong written and oral communication skills* Strong understanding of SAP GRC Access Control and experience in Access Risk Analysis (ARA) Access RequestManagement (ARM) and Emergency Access Management (EAM)* Excellent project management and communication skills are expected. Analytical skills strong perseverance* Experience with system design configuration customization integration testing and support* Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks issues and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes crossdepartmental boundaries.* Willingness to travel. Ability to make difficult decisions and act autonomouslyEducation/Professional Experience- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration- 10-year experience in software or applications services- 5-year experience within an international environment RegardsMohamed Shafeek.HHR Executive.
