Job Description

• Supporting for Monitor and Manage DLP Endpoint Agents from console.Strong experience in incident management taking the appropriate action on assigned incidents and closing the requests.Strong knowledge and working experience on Symantec DLP workflow & architecture.Experiences on generating the Agent packages from enforce console management.Installing the DLP agents testing the agent functionality as per polices.Reporting extracting the details from console and providing the agent status.Moving the agents to different detection server when one is down. Moving the agents from one server to another depends on the business requirement.Identifies and resolve the endpoint agent issues.Responding DLP security team mails.Good experience in creating the new polices and tuning the existing polices as per business requirement.Good commanding knowledge and experience in DCM EDM IDM VML protection technologies.Strong experience in creating the response rules in polices to educate the end-users and blocking the data.Creating the role based Access DLP users and providing the limited access in web console.Interacted with the manager on various forums to discuss the best feasible solution of the requirement clarify any queries regarding the functionality etc.Good experience in  protect data by quarantine and copying to secure location.Scanning file systemsendpoint agents and Databases for detection  of confidential data.
