  • 1. You should have 3-8 years of hands-on experience of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite including core process areas in ITSM and others such as ITOM ITAM GRC HR CSM.2. You should have Experience in implementing Incident Problem Change Service Catalog Request CMDB Orchestration PPM. 3. You should be able to Perform all aspects of Platform Administration Design Development and implementation of Software solutions.4. Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules script includes client scripts UI pages etc.5.
