Break large problems into smaller tasks Solve complicated problems simply Modify code for clarity or to better suit changing requirements (Refactoring) Identify and solve bugs Provide estimates on how long tasks will take Make minor design decisions w/o supervision. Good verbal and written Communication skills Experience working in Agile and knowledge of Scrum Requirements3 - 8 years of overall professional experience in software development & delivery. Relevant year of experience on Core Java Spring Hibernate or an Experience in Mongo DB  Strong understanding of OOPS concepts is required Experience on any database and basic knowledge of sql IDE work experience Eclipse/Intellj Idea Version control SVN/GITUI related experience with JavaScript JQuery AJAX HTML5 CSS3 JSON/XML REST/SOAP web services development Deployment experience with any application server like Tomcat/Jetty/WebSphere/JBOSS CI tools working experience Jenkins Maven/Gradel Code quality tool Sonar/PMD/CheckStyle/FindBug TDD/BDD/ATDD concepts
