Job Description
  • A self-driven motivated financially oriented sales & marketing professional to run sales and marketing operation from Bangalore. This person will be responsible for managing and scaling up a fast-paced high growth sales and marketing engine that can achieve new levels of success in the dynamic IT services landscape. This person will be Responsibilities include building up sustaining profitable businesses in established industry domains such as high-tech logistics & transportation manufacturing and healthcare as well as selling cutting edge solutions in AI/ML IoT Mobility and Cloud. The position reports to VPs of Sales & Marketing and Client Services in the US. Additionally it has a dotted line reporting to the corporate management team Work with the senior management to prepare and understand the vision and targets for the year. Translate the vision and high-level directive into detailed sales action plan track and report progress. Assess manage and align sales team to meet organizations revenue goals. Manage the entire sales operations cycle from market research campaign design marketing collaterals and assets management campaign execution for both inbound and outbound marketing lead generation sales pipeline management RFP responses deal negotiation and closure Set consistent performance metrics for the inside sales and sales teams Proactively manage team personnel to meet sales performance metrics. Ensure individual sales persons quotas are met through well-structured incentive schemes and performance reward systems. Ensure that all stages of the sales funnel/pipeline are adequately filled with high-quality leads Help the sales team in preparing responses to RFPs qualification proposal making presentations negotiations and closure of deals Collaborate with the tech personnel to prepare tech approaches POCs case studies etc. Coordinate presales work proposal work participation in prospect calls client calls. Candidate Experience Should Be : 16 To 22 Candidate Degree Should Be : BE-Comp/IT BE-Other BSc-Comp/IT BSc-Other BTech-Comp/IT BTech-Other MBA MCA ME-Comp/IT MSc-Comp/IT MS-Comp/IT MSc-Other MS-Other MTech-Comp/IT MTech-Other
