• Drive customer satisfaction practice revenue & margins. Should have worked and managed in delivering large projects. Should be able to understand the lifecycle models complexities in project/ program management Savvy about operational experience and strong Can- do attitude is essential. Manage a large team of delivery organization and multiple accounts spread across different cities and Geography Ensure seamless execution and on time delivery excellence Managing talent as per project demands and career aspirations of employees Participation and front ending all key conversations and engagements with end customer Should have minimum of 17 to 20 years experience in IT with project and people management skills Prior Exposure and experience working at different Geos APAC US Europe Managing Practice level P&L ensuring adherence to Organization norms Liaison with Legal and Finance teams and Staffing vendors Should be able to define reskill programs to rotate and give career growth to engineers Should be able to identify analyze various key mechanisms to improve internal fulfillment in various account Should be able to work with campus teams and enable campus selections forge- tie- ups with colleges for right competency Available and ready for travels on short notice spending and managing significant time at different locations and setting up new location in different Geos Should have a good understanding of delivery and operational efficiency levers Drive customer satisfaction practice revenue & margins. The key technologies covered under thisTPG are Software Products & Services Software Testing HMI & Mobility Cloud Engineering & EmergingTechnologies like AI/ ML Security Blockchain etc. The person shouldhave at least 20 years of relevant Product Engineering Delivery Background Should haveexperience in building Delivery Engine of a large Software practice Managed a large team of deliveryorganization and multiple accounts spread across different cities and Geography Have strong customer facingexperience both external & internal customers. Strong Operational Experience & have experience working in a MatrixOrganization . PriorExposure and experience working at different Geos APAC US Europe. The person will have a large organization closes 4500. ADH Delivery Managers & Multiple Technology Delivery Heads will be reporting tohim & he will report to Vice President & Practice Head of theTechnology Practice Group.
