  • Any Masters degree in the field of Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science Preferred: M.Sc. Statistics / Certified Indian Institute of Statistical Science Exp: 5 - 12 years Responsibilities: Enhance data acquisition to collect relevant information that would provide deeper business insights Data mining using state of the art methods Processing cleansing and ensuring the integrity of data used for analysis Build statistical model to identify/provide insights for the business. Skills:Experience with common data science toolkits such as R Weka etcGood applied statistics skills such as distributions statistical testing regression etc.Good communication skillsProficiency in using query languages such as SQL Hive etc.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB .
