Data Scientist - Big Data/artificial Intelligence

Job Description

• For a Product Organisation we are looking at Solid Data Scientist with 2-12 years of Experience - Ability to tailor ML solutions to cater to business problems across the Freshworks product portfolio including support sales marketing bots chat voice etc. - Apply knowledge of ML statistics programming and advanced mathematics to build intelligent systems. - Design develop and evaluate predictive ML/AI models and define metrics that measure success and customer value delivery. - Work with engineers to translate models into scalable high-performance engineering systems. - Research recommend and implement best practices found in large-scale Machine learning systems. - Stay current with the recent advancements in ML/AI industry - Participate in internal and external technology forums and conferences. Requirements:- Strong working knowledge of Python or R- Experience working with large datasets- Background in Natural language processing (NLP) is a plus- Strong understanding of ML concepts - probabilistic methods supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms. Knowledge of Deep learning is a plus.- Solid understanding of mathematical underpinnings behind Machine Learning algorithms i.e. proficiency in probability statistics linear algebra calculus and optimization.- Strong engineering and coding skills.- Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop Spark etc.
