Senior Associate/junior VP - Data Scientist - Investment Bank

Job Description

• Qualification and Responsibilities: 1) Selecting features building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques 2) Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems 3) Processing cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis 4) Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner 5) Experience :7-10 years 6) Experience in banking domain or financial background is preferred 7) Hands on experience in data and analytics 8) Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms 9) Experience in handling a team of data scientist and analyst. 10) Experience using statistical computer languages (R Python SQL etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. 11) Experience in handling internal and external stakeholder(global stakeholder) 12) Experience working with and creating data architectures. 13) Model building using data. 14) Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering decision tree learning artificial neural networks etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. 15) Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression properties of distributions statistical tests and proper usage etc.) and experience with applications. 16) Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression simulation scenario analysis modeling clustering decision trees neural networks etc.
