• Development of Sales and Marketing strategy.

• • To manage and guide a team of Sales and Marketing professionals to achieve the

• • To manage all the Sales and Marketing activities of the company with an objective of
• generating business revenue.
• • Responsible for the sales and marketing of Luxury Apartments, and leasing
• of Commercial buildings.
• • To identify the opportunities in the designated market by means of targeting HNIs,
• NRIs and real estate brokerage firms.
• • To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the performance of sales
• and marketing team etc.
