• Domain Skills : - Deep Knowledge of Payment Gateway key workflows like: Customer initiated Remittances Merchant Initiated Remittances Online Purchase Workflows Transaction processing and Person 2 Person payments processing. - Deep Knowledge of Mobile Payment Gateway Workflows for mobile use cases like Mobile wallets Mobile Top-Up Bill Pay Services Mobile PIN OTP. - Knowledge of Payment gateway workflows for ATM Services like Cash Withdrawal authentication Pin Change etc - Has good knowledge about standard components within retail banking/payment gateway such as Security and Compliance PII Data Privacy Standards. Skills : - Conduct workshops with business users to understand As-Is processes - Ability to work facilitate business user meetings to discover large Scale Complex - AS-IS- processes and workflows. Analytical ability to re-engineer/re-design - To-Be- processes - Business Requirement assessment functional document preparation test scenario review gap analysis use case extraction. - Guide/train and help solution development teams on relevant workflows at both high level as well as indepth details
