Job Description
  • We are excited to hire a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst for our growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization based out of Bangalore. As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst you will be using advanced data analysis skills to explain business issues and financial implications. You will analyze business information and identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues. You will also Develop and improve quantitative data analytics and set performance targets and implement innovative solutions to meet the targets QualificationsBasic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance/Arts/ Pharmacy/ Microbiology or related field or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications At least 10 years of US health care or RCM Services experienceExpectations Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
