Job Description

• Business Data Analyst - Data Integration/Transformation (4-7 yrs) BUSINESS DATA ANALYST Exp : 4-7 yrs Location : Bangalore Data Profiling & Analytics - Extract and analyze enterprise data to answer business questions & data quality - Work across business development team functional team etc. to enable analysis and actions - Coordinate with IT teams to create and maintain the profiling and analysis environments Data Integration and Transformation/Conversion : - Write and manage data integration/transformation user stories and mappings - Provide input for user story prioritization - Provide clarifications and guidance to development teams on above - Testing and confirming user story completion - Supporting environment and ultimate production cutover data loads Data Governance : - Documenting existing data maintenance business processes - Designing new data maintenance business processes - Developing and modifying data maintenance work instructions - Creating data maintenance training materials - Document metadata to support transition during and after hyper care Skills required : - ERP knowledge required. SAP JDE knowledge is required. - Knowledge of Supply Chain functions such as PLAN SOURCE MAKE DELIVER FINANCE is required Advanced Excel skills are required : - Be able to work independently drive meetings - Be able to join SCRUM meetings - Be able to resolve impediments independently - Escalate impediments timely - A very thorough understanding of AGILE methodology - Understand GXP compliance - Very good analytical skills required
