Principle Engineer - Web Platform

Job Description

• Architect, Design, build, test and maintain software that will be used by thousands of people every day. , Work towards building the next generation of existing web platform- style apps by challenging the existing thinking and bringing on new technologies and solutions by applying your experience to guide the future of the platform. , Work with the engineering team closely and interfacing with designers, QA and product managers to turn the vision into an awesome product. , Requirements , You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science with 12-15 years of experience in building enterprise class software. , Expert in web application backend development - covering building of RESTful APIs, security, effective use of caching, SQL databases, NoSQL databases, and horizontally scalable deployments. , Good understanding and exposure to various backend technologies and is well versed with cloud infrastructure like AWS and/or Azure. , Hands on expertise with Python and JavaScript in web application contexts. , Good understanding of developing applications running within a Docker environment. , Experience with scaled-out production Linux application frameworks. , Modern continuous integration pipeline tools from DVCS to automated deployment. , You produce very high quality and well tested code and help the teams in delivering the same as well. , , , , Please refer to the Job description above
